Don't know if it works but spins freely and doesn't have any weird backlash, I bought from a Toyota tech so has some OEM parts with too. It has a pensioner, belts, new stronger fuel pump, filter, rebuild kit I bought was gonna just throw it on though, and some other brackets with. I bought this like 5 years ago for my 1st gen Tacoma and never used it sold the truck. I don't know much about it but has a bunch of the other stuff with.
